webinar on "Power of Vision - Success through Goal Setting on 18th August 2020

SGTBIMIT organised the webinar on the Topic of "Power of Vision - Success through Goal Setting" in association with ICT Academy on August 18, 2020. Around 100 students attended the webinar. The speakers were Dr. Shikha Gera  and Ms Neha Sharma. 
Dr. Shikha is a certified trainer by Thomas International. She has successfully been a part of many online and offline corporate training programs like Training in MITSUBISHI Corporation and NHPC Corporation. she has  been awarded the Doctoral degree from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She has done her Masters in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Human Resource Management. 
She has more than five years of experience in teaching undergraduate and post graduate students of BBA and MBA.
Ms. Neha Sharma is a dynamic speaker by passion who ignites her audiences with practical content to achieve greater results with fun and authenticity. She is certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic-Programming from American Board for NLP as well as from Indian Board of Hypnosis and NLP.  She is also certified in “Delivery Skills of a Trainer in association with NHRD. Besides she is Emotional Intelligence – Life Coach. She has over 12 years of experience as an educator. Her prior assignment was with HDFC bank as Assistant Manager for about 1.5 years.
It was very motivating session for all the students and faculty members.
